Leveraging technology to create an education system fit for all students
This digital webinar hosted by the Financial Times and in partnership with Teamviewer, explored the impact of digitalising education on creating a more effective, accessible system for all students.
Key takeaways:
The success of the school's accelerated adoption of new technologies has seen many reassess how they spend their budget and what they offer to students going forward.
Many students don’t have access to the internet or laptops which means that they cannot access key learning resources, bridging this gap is something that all stakeholders must work to overcome if the education is to truly modernise.
It is unlikely to see education, at any level, go back to completely physical practices. Instead we can expect to see a balance of the best parts of digital and in person learning to create flexible and effective learning practices.
The Edtech industry is only in its infancy and will face many challenges, but the future is full of opportunities to truly improve the day to day experience of students from all backgrounds.
